Restraining order

My husband have a final restraining order againts me, but i have custody of my kids, the judge order me to drap them off in my uncle huose so he my husband can go to pick them up every other weeken, but i don't have a job and i don't have money to put gas every single time that my husband wants to pick up the kids, my husban told me that we can agreed for him to come to my house and pick them up here, that the court does not have to know that he is coming here to pick up the kids. i realy don't know what to do because i don't want to get myself in a problem with the cops so please what can i do. what can we do for him to come to my house and pick up the kids here, even if he have a restraining order againts me?

How old are the children? It is not uncommon to have curbside pickup if they are old enough for that, so that you have no direct contact with your husband. However, you are apparantly talking to him, which already violates the restraining order. You need to go back to Court to get the Order dismissed or modified.
