Restraining order

i lived with my bestfriend and his girlfriend. They owed me 685 dollars and we got into an argument about it which got heated. They were on the lease and i wasnt so they were telling me i had to go. We went to bed and the next day i was packing to move when the police came issuing me a restrainging order on me from the girl who claimed a threatened to kill her... i got released that night and went home. I called my ex bestfriend(her boyfriend) on his cell phone asking about my money he owed me. She takes his phone goes to the police and tells them its her phone and i called her. that night i get arrested for violating the order go to jail and have to post bail. Then they go and throw away all my personal possession...my whole life and childhood and everyhting i owned. I need advice
