I reside with my boyfriend in the house he owns, he is an alcoholic, this weekend I called the cops and he was arested for criminal mischief, right now I am in the house and he is not allowed here. When we go to court will the judge tell me that I have to be out that day or will I be allowed time to fin a place to live
