Legal Question in Family Law in New Jersey

Restraining order

My step-daughter filed a restraing order against me she no longer resides in the home. She is attending college in VA. I have been bared from the home although she no longer resides there. My wife who lives in the home does not have a restraing order against but when the Judge asked her if she wanted me in the home her reply was no. The Judge asked my wife if she wanted her name on the restraing order her reply was no because she needed to have contact with me. My wife is using her daughter order as a leverage in a not even filed yet divorce. Do I have a right to return to my home after the daughter leaves for college in a different state. My removal out of the house has presented a hardship for me it has left me homeless. I paid all the bills in the house but my wife name is on the mortgage. What are my options if I have any. The restraining order has not been final I had the case adjourned until I could find an attorney. The problem I am having all attorneys I contacted are out of my price range wich is 1,500

Re: Restraining order

The order is not final and the problem seems easily managed at the time of the final hearing.
