Restreining order

i have a restraining order where i can't get close to my husban, he was the one who filed the order, they found me guilty and i can't get close to him. he keeps colling me, even that the judge order us not to get close he had call me severals times and sent me text messages i don't nkow what to do, can i take him to court?

Re: Restreining order

If you reply you are technically violating the Order, which is a criminal offense. You should file a Motion with the court to vacate the restraining Order based on his continually contacting you.
