Resume Maiden Name
In the state of NJ, how do you take your maiden name back after you've already been divorced for several years? I'm thinking about doing it, but wanted to know the ramifications. Is there a cost?

You could have resumed your maiden name as part of your divorce. I wouldl think that you could file a postjudgment motion to resume your maiden name under your divorce case
