When a judge has ordered the Defendant to pay the Plaintiff's attorney fees, does this court order supercede the plaintiff/attorney's retainer agreement?

Defendant is obligated to pay your attorney's fee and you are obligated to pay your attorney's fee.

When defendant pays your attorneys fee your obligagtion.
