Retaining Custody after Child Has Turned 18

Is it possible to regain custody over my son who turned 18 on October 23, 2005?

Normally, a child is an adult, and in his/her own custody at 18 years. Your child is then free to live wherever seems good.

Child support, especially college education costs, are a different issue, and will vary depending on several factors.
