Legal Question in Family Law in New Jersey

What rights do I have as a father if I want to move to ny Form Nj. .My girlfriend left me a nd took my kids. She wouldnt let me see them for a week . Then She changed her mind and let me see them every day. She Hold the kids over my head like a bargining chip...Now she says if I move to Ny I she will not allow me to bring My son up for the weeked....Please Help I feel so helpless. I Love my 6 month old son and would do anything to keep him in my life..

Your ;moving to New York City is within you rights. It is when the children's residence is to be changed that the consent of both parents or the Court is required.
