Legal Question in Family Law in New Jersey

What rights does a husband have when his wife refuses to have sex over years time. She doesnt want to work on the marriage counseling is not an option. she wants to stay in the house till our children reach the legal age of 18. Can a husband have his wife removed from the house? Wife doesnt work and has know source of incom.
