I cannot understand what you mean by a "sealed document". A letter addressed to you? A document sealed by you that someone opened without your permission? A court-ordered seal of some kind? What is the meaning of a separate motion? Too little description to answer. Sometimes generally courts allow more lattitude in admission of evidence in a child custody matter. One case documents a lawsuit going forward where psychiatric records were released without complying with proper subpoena rules and notice but this is too vague for me to respond. Sorry.
