Legal Question in Family Law in New Jersey
I have been separated for over 10 months, my husband refuses to give back the keys to the home, both our names are on the deed, but he pays no bills whatsoever in the house nor does he give me any support money. Do i have a right to change the locks so that you does not enter the home whenever he feels.

You have more issues here than changing the locks. If he's been out for 10 months and paying nothing, why isn't that the larger concern? While the possession of the house is important, it really is a side issue to everything else.
