Legal Question in Family Law in New Jersey

separated for 4 months in NJ and husband is insisting on moving back in. i do not want him back in the house. he has a long history of alcohol abuse, gamling, stealing, lying, and being verbally/emotionally abusive to wife and kids. how can i keep him out?

Sounds like you should hire a lawyer and file for divorce. Don't see any point in remaining married. 732/773/2768
