Separating from husband.

My husband and have separated. He has my car that is soloey in my name. The loan, registation are in my name only how can i get it back. he stated he would drive the car into a pole before he gave it back to me. he is a recovering alcoholic for 4 months. he is very angry about the separation. how can i get my car back?
