Separation

While you are separated from your husband and waiting for the divorce to be final, are you permitted to date?

Dating after the divorce complaint has been filed should be done discretely, but it has no consequences so far as the divorce is concerned.

Yes, you can date.

However, if you have children with your soon to be ex I would tread lightly. As the custodial parent, you do not want your ex making any accusations regarding inappropriate behaviour.
