Legal Question in Family Law in New Jersey
i am currently seperated from my husband and we have a son together. when we got seperated i moved out of state (he does not support me in any way) with my son. My husband and i had decided our son will stay where ever he wants to stay with his dad or mom .. as of right know my son wants to stay with me and i am looking to put him in school and my husband is giving me an issue. what can i do so that he does not object. thanks

You might have serious problems with your husband and your son until you get a Court Order that gives you custody of your son. You also need to get a divorce. Until you do, you do not know when he is going to cause problems for you and your son.
