Only a Court can impose terms of your separation upon your husband. He can simply ignore
your separation agreement. You need to hire an attorney.
Call me if you like.
In my opinion, you are making a big mistake. There are 1000's of family law attorneys. How do we all stay in business? Most people know to hire attorney. Don't fight the crowd. Make the good investment now or you could pay later. Call me at 732/247/3340 to discuss.
I have read what the other lawyers wrote. They are right, you need a lawyer to help you.
Your husband can completely ignore what you have written.
A lawyer can advise you as to what your rights are, and what your best course of action is.
