Legal Question in Family Law in New Jersey
Set Visitation post divorce settlement
I did not obtain set visitation during my divorce. I want it now because I don't feel I am getting enough time with my children. Do I need a lawyer & how do I go about this?

You rarely "need" a lawyer, but you almost always should have one. It shouldn't be rather expensive either and you will know that it will be done right. Call me at 732/247/3340 to discuss.

If you have problems getting to see your children, that is bad for both you and the children.
A lawyer can help you try to persuade the other parent to allow you more time, and can fight for you in court if that is needed.

You need to hire an attorney to file a motion for a visitation schedule.
Call me if you like.
