We were told they both must written and have notorized written statements and fill out some sort of packet. He hads no idea what this packet is or where to find it. Does he need a laywer to do this or is this something he can do himself? If so, where does he find this ''packet''????

Re: how to settle child support payment

such a deal he is getting! I suggest that he find a divorce attorney near you and consult with the lawyer. his exwife could have had him put in jail, or other horrible things. you need to get him to avoid getting into this situation again.
