Legal Question in Family Law in New Jersey

I settled my divorce with a divorce settlement agreement and a custody of my two boys. I am getting remarried next month. My ex husband has gone to the court and has demanded that I should agree to his terms of going to a psychologist and not spend any time with the children. Court has asked me to show up as early as 3 days. I am not sure how this situation should be managed?

I believe that you are saying that you and your husband have signed a property settlement agreement and you must go to court to place the agreement to place your agreement upon the record and to be divorced and your husband is now reneging on the agreement, using the leverage of your concern about delaying your wedding ceremony. You should ask your lawyer.

for the answer.

With a good attorney. Any other way would probably not be a good idea. Call me to discuss at 732/247/3340.

You need a smart, nasty attorney to put a stop to that nonsense. Right away.

What you are describing is clearly aimed at making your remarriage into a nightmare.

Your ex better have a very good reason to demand that you stay away from your own kids.
