Re: Settlement

You should know if you and your former husband have a divorce settlement; it would be part of the judgment of divorce. You should call me at 800 273 7933 because I am getting the impression that something unknown to you was done in your divorce action.

Re: Settlement

If you already have a Settlement that was approved by the Court and incorporated into a Final Judgment of Divorce, you should file an application to enforce the Agreement/Settlement. If you got divorced without an Agreement, you will need to file an application for modification or perhaps some other relief. IT is very difficult to answer your question with the limited set of facts you provided. If you would like to further discuss this matter, please contact my secrtary, Debbie, at 856-795-6700 to schedule a consultation.

Re: Settlement

Thank you for your inquiry.

If your ex-husband has not abided by the terms of your divorce decree, a motion needs to be filed to force him to do so. At that time, counsel fees should be sought (i.e., forcing him to pay for your lawyer).

As it would be my pleasure to speak to you regarding your situation, please feel free to contact my office at 732 246 0909 to discuss same.

Very truly yours,

Edward R. Weinstein
