Sex offender

My Ex is dating a man that lives in an Apartment building ( not in the same Apartment) of a Man that has been conficted Sex offender Tier 2. What rights do I have in regards to not allowing my children to go to that residence?

You can ask the Court to enter and Order restricting where the children can be taken during visitation.
