Legal Question in Family Law in New Jersey

Recently divorced, my ex husband has failed to make payments on the vehicle and now the bank is demanding the balance in full or seeking legal action against me. I have no access the vehicle.I am the primary on the account and he is a co owner- what options do i have in getting this vehicle in my possesion?
