sheridan vs. sheridan

I am in the process of a divorse and my attorney tells me their may be some sheridan vs. sheridan issues because my husband is self emplyed. I am interested in finding out more about this sheridan vs. sheridan case and can't seem to find any.

This case, in general, holds that if the Judge believes there is evidence of income that has not been reported to the IRS, he/she is obligated to make the report.
