Legal Question in Family Law in New Jersey

Sheridan v. Sheridan

Where on-line may I obtain information about the Sheridan v. Sheridan case law that is quoted often in NJ? I am going through a divorce and a friend told me about the case. I believe my wife may have forged my signature on some checks from the IRS

One more lawyer agreeing with the other two. Gary and Jef are correct. Get a lawyer. Please. It will save you much grief and probably save you a good deal of money.

Would you try to learn about a very serious disease that was making you ill, and treat it yourself, or would you seek assistance from a doctor?

Please get a lawyer. Call me if you like.

I agree with Mr. Moore. The last thing you want to do is start quoting cases without understanding what they mean, how they fit in, etc. You should really consult with an attorney ASAP. Its really not that expensive and in the long run, it will be well worth your money.

My initial consultations are always free, so call me at 732/247/3340 to discuss your case.
