the man has many arrests for hitting women how can i keep him away from my child during her two day per week visitation i have resedential custody

YOu can apply to the court for a rstraining order
barring visitation where he is present, but you will need to support this application with current indications of violence. A copy of a recent criminal complaint or domestic violence order would bes useful. You can the domestic violence office at the court house in the county
in which the mother lives to inquire whether there
are or have been such orders naming him as a defendant as a starter.
