Sibling Rights

If a mother is in a nursing home & there is 6 siblings, 3 from 1st marriage & 3 from 2nd & the sibling from the 2nd marriage has Power of Attorney, does that sibling have the right to keep pictures and other belonings of the 1st 3 siblings father? what right do they have?

Your mother is still alive. If she is of sound mind she can direct who gets what and can even do a will which seems prudent given your question.
