Legal Question in Family Law in New Jersey

My sister is getting a divorce.

My sister is getting divorced and her daughter is trying to put blame on my wife because she was aware of her having an affair. My 24 year old niece sent a 5 page letter degrading my wife which led to my wife cursing her off in a phone message. Now my soon to be ex-brother-in-law wants to sue me over the phone message and my relationship with my sister. Does he have legal recourse to do that?

There is no such cause of action.
