Re: I want my son back!

Did you put anything in writing about the new agreement? Was the cusotdy order a FL Order or NJ Order? If a FL Order, you have to register that Order in NJ, it is not that difficult.

You can also file an Order to Show Cause in family Court in NJ to get your son returned.

I would be happy to follow up with you. Please email me directly or call my office if you would like to schedule an appointment either in person or by telephone. My contact information is listed in the links below.

Contact the local police department (where your child's father lives) and notify them.

You may need a NJ court to enforce your Florida judgment

Re: I want my son back!

I would need more info before I can fully answer your question. However, I do agree with Ms. Esteves, your first step should be to call the police. If they don't help you, give me a call. I will need to see the last few court orders to give you a complete answer. My initial consultations are always free.

Good luck!
