Legal Question in Family Law in New Jersey
My son and I currently reside in New Jersey. My son's father is unemployed and is paying out of pocket what he can. He recently got married, and his wife is employed. Could I take him back to child support based on the new income from his wife as combined and ask for an increase?

No.
However, he will be ordered to pay something not nothing, even while now unemployed.
