Legal Question in Family Law in New Jersey

My sons biological father is back on drugs and has returned to drug dealing. I have not spoken to him since I was 4 months pregnant (my son is now 7 months). If I file for child support I know he will try to get visitation to spite me. Do I have a good chance at winning only supervised visitation?

It depends on how good your attorney is....and if he decides to get a better attorney.
