my sons mom is in hospital and wont let my son come home to me what are my right

my sons mom is in the hospital.she was suppose to have an operation to remove a brain tumor that was starting to effect her motor skills.when she went in for the operation she wound up having a stroke before the operation took place from the embolization procedure they gave her.her motor skills have been effected by this and she cannot take care of herself and probably wont for a while.i live with my sons mom to care for my son his mom and i are not together. she does date someone else and and is separated from her current husband. my son is 9.she has determined that my son has somehow been viewing porn while in my presence.i know that this is not true because i constantly overseeing his care and what he watches. yet now she wont let him come home to me and has sent him to stay with his aunt without my permission.please note that my sons mom has been on disability for many years for her depression and in the past year has been in and out of carrier clinic 4 times for depression and addiction to medicationshe has been inept to been a fulltime parent even

before the stroke.i am afraid for my son he is already confused and just wants to be with his dad.i have done nothing but take care of the house my job and my son and her daughter

You need to file a motion to get full custody. It won't be easy, but you should be able to get it with some hard work. However, it may not be an expensive process either. I am not too far from you so call me at 732/247/3340 and we can discuss your options. My consultations are always free.
