Legal Question in Family Law in New Jersey

my son's mother has full custody of my son. I have a ny court ordered child support order. I live in Nj. My son was moved to connecticut without consent. I see him bi weekly and gladly continue to pay support, but I still have to provide for him for clothes, school etc...in addition because for some reason she doesnt even get him a haircut with the $500 per month he gets. What can I do to get this addressed?
