Legal Question in Family Law in New Jersey

My sons mother and I have Indefinite Temporary Restraining orders against each other. Recently she filed a motion in family court which was granted allowing contact via phone texting and internet email between us. I have asked her to drop her restraining order and she refuses. I have filed for a final hearing regarding this matter. Will this later order she obtained allowing commutation be grounds to have the restraining orders dismissed at the final hearing?

No necessarily so and the court may view that she is willing to take steps for some family reconciliation. Cooperate and I would suggest that you drop your motion and try family court operated mediation.
