Legal Question in Family Law in New Jersey

how to split money

I want to divorce because my wife says I spent a lot of money for my original family (which is absolutely false) and because of that she doesn't support financially our life. I have paid for at least 13 years for all (included university fees for my 2 adult children), she didn't add a dollar for our common living. We have been maried for 29 years. I am a full time employee($90,000 a year). She's a part time esthetician (massage, facial treatments) for about $15,000 a year in some agency but I am sure she gets more while working outside, privately (maybe even $40,000 a year without taxes).

Question 1: How to convince a court that she gets maybe totally $40,000 a year instead of official $15,000?

Question 2: Can a court in NJ take into account her false accusation and it could help me?

Question 3: Why courts in NJ apply rule 50-50 no matter what?

Question 4: We lived separtely for more than 2 years (2001-2004). In 2004/2005 I tried to lilve together again. It doesn't work. In NJ law says I have to be separated for 1.5 year to get divorced. Do I have to separate again and wait 1.5 year before going to a court?

You have some real serious problems to resolve. No, you do not have to wait a year and a half to file for divorce.

It will be much easier to discuss this in person. You have many issues to discuss.
