Legal Question in Family Law in New Jersey
Spousal support
My husband has left residence 4 days ago -- I have no idea where he is -- he has not contacted me and I have no money -- there are no children involved. Can I go to family court and file for support -- I have his work address. What can I do.

I assume you can get to a credit card one way or another. Thus, call an attorney ASAP and he or she will handle this for you.
Re: Spousal support
If you need to file for a divorce, and it seems that you need to, then you will do better with an attorney.
You can ask for spousal support and a division of any assets. During the divorce process, you can seek payment of suppport as well.

You have the answer in your question. Go to the Family Part and file a complaint for spousal support and give his place of work as the place where the papers can be served upon him.
Call me if you like.
