Spousal Support

Put husband out, cheating for year. Now lives with her.

Divorce filed in Jan. Unemployment ended in Feb. He hasn't given me any money.Refuses to get job so he won't have to pay Spousal Support.We were married 41 years.Will a judge

order him to get a job and pay me support?

If your husband is able to obtain employment the judge will order him to obtain employment and pay you spousal support, probably. I need to know a lot more about your situation to offer a better opinion.
