Legal Question in Family Law in New Jersey

can a spouse be forced to repay alimony over 5 yrs past if found to be cohabitaing? Also can criminal charges be filed for fraud for same. Thanks

It is quite possible. Alimony is not child support which is harder to get retroactive refund of payment.
