Legal Question in Family Law in New Jersey

If an ex spouse remarries and in the divorce decree it has been established for permanent alimony and part of his retirement pension, as well as being ordered to have an insurance policy covering the balance of child support and alimony to be paid, does any of this change?

I assume that you are the one getting the support, so no, I don't see how anything changes if he gets remarried.
