Spouse seeking out-of state relocation
I am a 58 year old female, married 33 years. Have two grown sons ages 29 ans 21. Ami legally bound to accompany my husband in an out of state move even though I do not want to go? What are my rights?

I don't see how you are obligated to do anything.

In general, when married people do not want to go along with what their spouses want to do, they get divorces. That seems to be your choice in this case.

You are free to leave and get what you are entitled to under the laws of the State.
If a divorce is not what you want then counseling may be appropriate but you cannot be forced to move somewhere else.
As yours is a long term marriage, you should consult with counsel about your rights.
