Legal Question in Family Law in New Jersey

status of inheretence for a deceased person

My late ex-husband's aunt passed away in October of 2000, she left no will. In February 2007 her estate was settled and divided amoung her five nieces and nephews. My late ex-husband was her nephew. He died in August of 2005. He left everything to our two daughters in his will. I got nothing. I left him in July of 2000 and we were divorced in June 2003 after three years of continuous separation. My two daughters were told they will split his share of his aunt's money. Aren't I entitled to it since we were married at the time (just separated)?
