Legal Question in Family Law in New Jersey

Can I stay in my home?

My divorce agreement stated I had to sell my home after my 2nd child grad high school OR pay my ex his share of the equity. I now have 1 in college (who's transferring & will be commuting from home in the fall) & the 2nd will be a HS senior. A year ago my ex was fired from his job (not related to current economy) & has not been able to find full time employment since & has not given me any child support, tuition assist or one penny of the other misc money he owes me. I have been paying ALL house expenses, mort, taxes etc. since the divorce. I know he is very strapped for money but I feel I am being put in a very unfair position because he has screwed up, he rarely sees my son anymore because he works two partime weekend jobs so I have ALL the responsibility for the children, physically and financially, which I am struggling with, but managing, but now I'll have to move & never be able to find a place in this area that I can afford. Do i have grounds to file a motion to be able to remain in the house or better yet get full ownership of it? I'll have to get a home large enough for myself and my kids still @ this point & although I have a good, secure job, that is going to be very difficult on only my salary, in this environment. Thx
