Legal Question in Family Law in New Jersey

stop or reduce alimony due to cohabitaion

My x-wife had her boyfriend move in. For the last 4 weeks i have been taking digital pictures at different time in the morning, between 4am and 6am. young boys (14 and 8) in the home have advised me that he has moved furniture and all his personal belongins, they have seen his mail with a change of address sticker, i really don't eant to involve them. I know after reading many testimonies thqt is very hard to proofcohabitation

I really can not afford a lawyer or a private investigator, will this hold up in court? is there anything else i can do. please help

I know you do not want to hear this, but the best thing you can do to ensure a better chance to succeed is: hire a divorce attorney.

that really is what you need to do. find someone fairly near you, who does divorce law for a living!

good luck to you.
