Legal Question in Family Law in New Jersey

I have been in a strained relationship with my wife, looking to divorce. Due to issues like our neighbor always around our house, issues with my, son and being very verbally aggressive when she with me alone. I have taped her on several occasions in my presence and without her knowledge. She said she is going to press charges and put me in jail. I don't have a record for anything at all and very afraid to lose my job and much more.
