Can I subpeona a corporations email in a divorce case? My wife was having many conversations with a fellow male employee and there would be much evidence.

Much evidence of what? That she was emailing a fellow male employee? So what? Presumably you are trying to prove that she had some adulterous relationship with him. It really makes no difference in the context of equitable distribution, child support, parenting time or any other matter, including, in almost all cases, alimony. For the most part, you are wasting your time and energy in dealing with this. An attorney can give you more information on this.

Keep in mind that this information is given based on the scanty facts that you have provided. And no one can rely on advice from an attorney who has not been retained. In order to be able to rely upon any advice, you need to meet with and retain an attorney, who will be able to give you advice after a full and comprehensive interview. Before you do anything, you should contact an attorney for a full consultation. Good Luck! Rob Gleaner
