Legal Question in Family Law in New Jersey

sue for paternity fraud ?

My wife & I were divorced last week. 7 months ago, my wife gave birth to a baby boy who i assumed was mine. However, 2 mos later through dna/buccal swab testing, i discovered that the baby wasn't mine. I'm wondering if i can take legal action against her in regards to the humiliation she has put me through ?

You "can" do a lot of things but whether it will be the smart thing to do is another story. Furthermore, you are going to have a tough time proving that she intentionally defrauded you. I wish I had better news for you but I suggest you move on and be done with her.
