Legal Question in Family Law in New Jersey
Super manipulative wife. Only 2 month marriage. Manipulated me into signing a notarized form saying I will pay spousal support till the end of year 1k/month and keep her on my insurance 400/month. I supported her from the start of relationship. Paid off her credit card debt. She emptied my bank account and took the whole tax return. Am I screwed because I signed that form? Or is there anything I can do? Everyone says I paid more than enough. She is expecting a payment 1st of month. Continues not to work even though she was offered a full-time position at my previous job 31/hour. Drives a 500/month Mercedes. Thank you in advance
