Legal Question in Family Law in New Jersey

I have to go to superior court for divorce with children. I have out of state warrants and I'm wondering if I will be arrested when I go to court and possibly taken back to the state the warrants are in.

Maybe yes, maybe no, depends on what the charges are. You need a lawyer right now. The divorce is very important, you will be paying child support for many years and you need to get that handled so you do not pay too much money. And you need to deal with the warrants.
