Legal Question in Family Law in New Jersey

supervised visitation in burlington co nj

Under what circumstances can court

supervised visitations be suspended by custodial parent. Non custodial parent for two consecutive weeks has not shown or called out and for two consecutive weeks non custodial parent did not call children, as court ordered. The children's mental health is being jeopardized

by the non-custodial parent. Please advise on how we can get

the supervised visitation suspended

prior to going back to court

Re: supervised visitation in burlington co nj

Only the court can do that, so there is no way to do it prior to going to court.
