Legal Question in Family Law in New Jersey
suppervised child visit
I am a recovering drug addict who has relapsed recently. my suppervised visit should have been droped 3 years ago when I completed a 1 year inpatient drug program. Now the mother is only letting me see my son for 2 hours 1 day every two weeks. She has taken it apon herself to change the legal agreement. What can I do to be in my sons life more?

You are saying contradictory things. First, you have finished a program of rehabilitation. Secondly, you went back to using drugs, again, recentlly.
A judge can grant you more visitation time.
Call me if you like.

If you can do it, you would be smart to get some advice from a divorce attorney (this is a divorce and family law issue, even if you were never married to your son's mother).
Is there a court Order in place now?
You may want to file a motion, and request that you be allowed more visitation by court order.
